Scientific Description:
Erect or ascending rhizomatous perennial herb. Basal leaves pinnate, forming a rosette; cauline leaves usually tripartite; leaflets crenate-dentate. Inflorescence a few-flowered cyme. Pedicels short, with 2 bracteoles. Flowers with an 8−12-lobed involucre, sometimes cleistogamous; calyx with epicalyx segments c. ¼ the length of the sepals; corolla yellow, longer than the calyx; stamens 5−10; carpels 2. Fruit of 1−2 achenes enclosed in an obconical or cylindrical hypanthium.

Aremonia, is a genus of perennial herbs, known as “bastard-agrimony”, and is native to Türkiye and Europe. It is represented by one species in the world and Türkiye. They have yellow flowers and grow in the forests of the higher regions.
