Scientific Description:

Erect or ascending perennial, 520 cm, slender. Basal leaves 1020 cm; leaflets 23-paired, the 3 terminal ones much larger than the rest. Involucre 8−11 mm. Calyx segments 22.5 mm in open flowers, smaller and connivent in cleistogamous flowers. Petals 47 mm. Hypanthium 56 mm in fruit, globose, brownish, hairy.

 

Flowering time: May−July.

Habitat: Upland forest, 10001600 m.

Public Description:

Aremonia agrimonoides subsp. agrimonoides, commonly known as “bastard-agrimony”, is native to Türkiye and Europe. It is a perennail herb with yellow flowers, and grows up to 20 cm in length. It blooms between May and July and is found in upland forest.
