Public Description:
Conyza canadensis, known as “Canadian horseweed”, is distributed in North America and temperate regions of the world. It is an invasive species and has spread across many parts of the world. It is an annual herb with white flowers, and grows up to 100 cm in length. It blooms between July and December and is found in moist conditions, often near sea coasts and weed of cultivation. Because it is resistant to herbicides, it is a very problematic plant on production fields. Skin contact with the plant can cause dermatitis in some people.
