Scientific Description:
Procumbent to ascending, sparsely hairy perennial, 10−40 cm, with a herbaceous to a somewhat woody base. Leaflets 8−25 mm, obovate. Inflorescence a 2-6-flowered umbel or short raceme, 1.5−2.5 cm. Corolla 8−14 mm, sulphur-yellow. Legume 2.5−3.5 cm, 6-10-seeded.
Flowering time: June−August.
Habitat: Rocky places and in deciduous woodland, s.l.−1500 m.

Public Description:
Argyrolobium biebersteinii, commonly known as “acı collik” in Turkish, is native to Türkiye, the Caucasus and North Iran. It is a hairy perennial plant with umbel-like arranged sulphur-yellow flowers, and grows up to 40 cm in length. It blooms between June and August and is found in rocky places and in deciduous woodland.
